Legality of use of the services

9Winz is owned and operated by Globis N.V., a company incorporated under the laws of Curaçao, registered number 155962, Address: Abraham de Veerstraat 9, Curaçao. Globis N.V. is licensed and regulated by the Curacao Gaming Authority and operates under license number 365/JAZ issued to a gambling service provider.

General account T&C

To play any of the 9Winz games for real money, you must first create an account and fund your account according to the instructions on the website.

Remember that you can only have one game account. When registering, you need to fill in all the fields with correct and up-to-date information only. The player also needs to come up with a unique username and password. The security of your login information is entirely in your hands. At any time while you are playing at 9Winz we may ask you for proof of identity, in accordance with KYC’s “Know Your Customer” policy. If the real money balance in your account has not been accessed for more than a year, your account will be marked as inactive.

Closing Your Member Account

If you want to close your account, you must send an email to [email protected]. The remaining account balance will be available for withdrawal. The method of withdrawal of the account balance will be at your absolute discretion.

Deposits into Your Member Account

You can only play 9Winz once you have funded your game account, this can be done using any of the payment methods available on the website.

Please note that some payment services may charge a certain fee for their services.

When you use a credit or debit card to fund your account your funds will only be credited after 9Winz receives your authorization code and confirmation that the card is yours. We do not provide any credits for using our services. Also we are not a financial institution. Cryptocurrency payments involve withdrawal of your winnings in cryptocurrency only.

Withdrawals

You can withdraw any amount within the “Available for Withdrawal” balance of your 9Winz member account. If you have provided proof of your identity, 9Winz will process your withdrawal request within 48 hours, if possible instantaneously. You can only withdraw to the account numbers you deposited from. In the case of withdrawal requests for funds not used for betting, 9Winz will only release your funds after successfully completing our extensive due diligence process. We reserve the right to inform the relevant authorities in case we detect fraudulent money laundering activity.

9Winz Rewards and VIP Program

The 9Winz Rewards Programme is subject to change at any time, including but not limited to the criteria by which points are awarded. 9Winz reserves the right to suspend or delete your account if we have reason to believe that you are using the 9Winz Rewards Programme and other VIP programmes for illegal or fraudulent purposes or in violation of these terms and conditions. Once you register, you are automatically a member of the 9Winz Rewards Programme and VIP. When you play for real money, you will receive a higher VIP level and more benefits. VIP status is individual and not transferable.
